Pinnacle Exterior began with a simple act of family care. While expecting my second child, we moved back into my grandmother’s home. The house was older and delicate, and I began noticing years of accumulated organic growth and dark weathering on the siding. Because aggressive pressure washing would easily crack the aged vinyl and ruin the window seals, I spent my free time soft washing her home and cleaning her concrete driveways for free, treating the property with the absolute gentlest care.
The difference was night and day. Soon, neighbors started stopping by to ask who did the work.
As I researched starting a professional pressure washing company in Greenville, SC, I discovered how many properties in the Upstate were being damaged by quick-fix contractors using high-pressure water blasting—causing wood rot, eroded brick masonry, and siding leaks.
