5. Pricing Surcharges & Fees Disclosure

To maintain complete pricing transparency, Pinnacle Exterior guarantees that contracted service pricing will never increase due to unexpected complications during washing operations. Any potential additional charges are strictly limited to the following pre-disclosed surcharges:

• Severely Oxidized Surfaces: Vinyl or metal siding suffering from extreme UV chalking or oxidation requires a specialized multi-step chemical restoration to clean safely, subject to a pre-approved surcharge of up to 25% of the baseline siding rate.
• Stubborn Non-Organic Stains: Chemical treatment for rust, motor oil, red clay, battery acid, or irrigation mineral stains is charged at a flat rate of $75 per treated zone.
• Water Source Deficiency Fee: If property water pressure falls below requirements and we must deploy a custom booster system, a flat water surcharge of $50 applies.
