1. 100% Satisfaction Standard
We strive for perfection on every wash. If you find any missed streaks, organic growth, or debris on the treated surfaces, notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the area free of charge, no questions asked.
2. 1-Year Roof-Wash Warranty
Our specialized roof chemical treatment kills moss, lichens, and black algae at the root. We guarantee that your shingles will remain free of dark algae streaks for 1 full year from the service date. If organic streaks return within 365 days, we will treat the roof again at zero cost.
3. Exclusion of Non-Organic Stains
The guarantee covers organic mold, algae, and mildew removal. It does not apply to non-organic discoloration, including run-off rust stains, red clay stains, permanent concrete oil/grease burns, artillery fungus, or wood color fade on untreated timber.
